Accessibility certificate.
Proof, not a claim.

Confirm that your company or organization meets the requirements of Poland's Accessibility Act - with an audit and certificate from a team that has worked in accessibility since 2015.

lower mandatory PFRON contributions with a valid certificate
Certificate valid for 4 years
Scope of certification

We audit three areas of accessibility - exactly as the Act requires

Architectural accessibility

Entrances, circulation routes, signage, evacuation plans - can a person with special needs physically use your space.

Digital accessibility

WCAG-compliant website and apps - do your online services work with a screen reader, keyboard and magnification.

Information & communication accessibility

A PJM interpreter, induction loops, easy-to-read texts (ETR) - can every customer communicate with you.

Why it pays off

A certificate that pays for itself

Poland's Accessibility Act includes a hard financial incentive: companies holding a valid accessibility certificate pay 5% lower mandatory PFRON contributions. With a larger workforce, the certificate pays for itself within the first year.

−5% PFRON contributions
A hard statutory benefit: a valid certificate lowers mandatory contributions by 5%.
An edge in public tenders
More and more public procurements award points for verified accessibility.
Credibility with customers
A certificate is proof, not a claim - you can use it in your communications.
A roadmap after the audit
Even if something is missing, you get concrete recommendations and implementation support.

Accessibility request template
A person with special needs can submit a request for ensuring accessibility to any Polish public entity (art. 30 of the Act). We provide a template pre-filled by Migam - the sections on the barrier, the need and the requested accessibility measure are already completed with justifications.
