migam.ommi — the platform and growing network for sign language interpreting teams

Migam migam.ommi
For companies and organizations that provide sign language interpreting — anywhere in the world

200,000+ sign language video calls. Now this platform is yours.

Ommi is the system our own interpreters work on every day — video queues, smart routing, live statuses and reports your accountant will actually like. And it's becoming something bigger: a growing network of interpreting organizations, each bringing its own sign language. Built for sign language from day one. Not adapted from a call center.

Early access — coming soon

Add a sign language interpreter to any meeting

Teams, Zoom, Google Meet — wherever the meeting happens, your interpreter should be able to join it. We're building exactly that.

Paste a meeting link into Ommi, and the right interpreter from your team gets routed to it and joins as a participant — no plugins for the other side, no new tool for the people in the room. Most platforms that connect interpreters to meetings sell you their interpreters. Ommi is different: it puts your own team into any meeting — and, through the growing Ommi network, can extend your reach when you need a language you don't have in-house.

Works where you work— Teams, Zoom and Meet via a simple paste-a-link flow. Native apps are on the roadmap.
Your interpreters, not ours— the people your community already knows and trusts join the call.
Counted and reported— every meeting lands in your Ommi reports, like any other call.
Meeting integrations are in development. Early access opens with our first pilot organizations — join the list and you'll be in the front row.

Built for teams that interpret for a living

If your interpreters take video calls — Ommi is their workplace. One system instead of Zoom, spreadsheets and group chats.

VRS providers & agencies

You sell interpreting minutes — so you need queues, routing and per-client reports, not another generic meeting tool. Ommi gives you the same infrastructure the biggest providers build in-house, without building it.

Institutions & public services

City halls, universities, hospitals, banks. Your interpreters serve many departments and locations — Ommi gives each one its own link and queue, and gives you one clear picture of it all.

Deaf organizations & NGOs

Your community deserves better than "call us on WhatsApp." Give every Deaf person one-click video access to your interpreters — straight from a browser, no app, no account. And show funders exactly how much work your team does.

How it works

From a Deaf caller to your interpreter in seconds

No app to install. No account to create. No phone number to dial.

STEP 1
setup < 1 day
One click to call

A Deaf person clicks your button — on your website, in an email signature, on a QR code at the front desk. A browser video call starts instantly.

STEP 2
The right queue

The call lands in the right queue for that location or service. Your coordinator sees every waiting call and every interpreter's status — live.

Available
Call
Break
STEP 3
Your interpreter answers

The first available interpreter takes the call in their Ommi workspace: video, queue, history — all in one place, designed for interpreting.

Overflow — optional
Overflow when you need it

Busy hours? After hours? In Poland, calls can roll over to Migam's own interpreters, so nobody waits. (Polish Sign Language; available internationally with a local interpreting partner.)

Features

Everything an interpreting operation needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Four core modules, refined over 200,000+ real calls.

01

Interpreter workspace

One screen for the whole shift. Live pending calls with one-click answer, personal queues, call history, and work statuses interpreters set themselves: Available, Break, On call. Plus a contact-request inbox — when someone leaves a message instead of calling, it lands in a queue and gets a call back. Nothing gets lost.

02

Queues & routing

Separate queues per client, service or location — each with its own link. Calls route automatically to available interpreters. Coordinators see queues and team availability in real time, instead of assigning calls by hand.

03

Reports & admin

Reports per client, location, interpreter and period. Agent-status reports show exactly how much time each interpreter spent Available, On call or on Break — payroll-ready. Login history for audits, widget analytics so you know where calls come from, import/export for your own tools. Manage users, teams, queues, locations and widgets from one admin panel.

04

Widget & links for your clients

Give every client or location a "Call an interpreter" button on their website — or a direct link and QR code. Any number of locations, each with its own queue and stats. A new one goes live in less than a day.

The network

One network. Many sign languages.

Every organization that joins Ommi brings its interpreters — and its sign language. Every client gains a longer reach.

Live Joining the network

Sign languages are local. Deaf communities are everywhere. Ommi connects the two: interpreting organizations around the world run their daily work on the platform, and together they form a growing network of sign languages — ISL, BSL, DGS, Libras, NGT, PJM and more to come. As a member, your interpreters get a professional workplace and your language becomes reachable for clients far beyond your own website.

As a client, when you need a sign language your team doesn't cover — a Deaf visitor from abroad, an international event, a branch in another country — the network is where you'll find it. Today, Polish Sign Language runs on Ommi at full production scale, with the first partner organizations in other languages coming on board. The map fills in one organization at a time — and there's room on it for yours.

We don't replace local interpreters. We connect them.
Proof

We don't just sell this system. We run our business on it.

Migam's own interpreters have worked on Ommi every day for years — serving 2,000+ client organizations, up to 24/7. Every feature exists because our team needed it on a real shift. And every organization that joins now makes the network worth more for everyone in it.

One deployment alone serves 1,300 city locations in Warsaw — each with its own link, queue and monthly report. For over 10 years we've built accessibility for banks, telecoms and retail leaders. Migam is also a member of the NVIDIA Inception program.

"Before Ommi, our schedule lived in a spreadsheet and our calls lived everywhere. Now it's one system — and for the first time, our reports match reality."

Academia

Universities: your interpreters, your researchers, our platform

Accessibility offices, sign language linguists, interpreting programs — there's a place for each of you in the Ommi network.

Science is in our DNA

Interpretation quality across the Ommi network is overseen by Deaf native signers and sign language linguists — the language team is led by a Chief Linguist educated at the world's leading Deaf university, and the project is supported by a scientific board of sign language researchers from Europe, the USA and Israel. We collaborate with university sign language research centres on both sides of the Atlantic — from joint grant proposals to validating interpreting practice. Always with explicit consent and research ethics first.

We have working AI technology (an MVP) and the same scientific backbone — and we're looking for partners worldwide: linguists, universities and interpreting organizations. meet migam.ai ↗

Accessibility & disability support offices

Your interpreters serve students across faculties, lecture halls and online classes. Ommi gives them one workspace — queues, statuses, history — and gives you reports that grant administrators actually accept.

Linguists & sign language researchers

You study sign languages; we run a platform where they're used for real work every day. Let's talk about joint research, shared grant proposals and studies built on real-world interpreting practice — always with explicit consent and research ethics first.

Interpreting programs & their students

Your graduates will work on platforms like this one. Internships and supervised practice on Ommi let students learn the real workflow — queues, routing, professional standards — before their first job.

We already work with the academic community and build our research partnerships around European grant programs. If your university has an interpreting team, a sign language lab or simply an idea — we want to hear it.

Security

Private by design. Compliant by default.

A conversation through an interpreter is somebody's bank call, doctor's visit or family matter. We treat it that way.

Calls are not recorded

Video calls run through encrypted WebRTC and are not recorded. What's said in a call stays in the call — only metadata for your reports (time, queue, duration) is stored.

Your data stays in the EU

Hosting in the European Economic Area, GDPR-compliant by design. Clear data processing terms in every contract.

Your data stays yours

Everything your organization generates in Ommi — call statistics, reports, client lists — belongs to you. Export it anytime. Leaving takes your data with you. Joining the network never means sharing your client data with other organizations.

Access under control

Two-factor authentication (SMS or authenticator app) enforced centrally by your admin. Full login history for audits. Roles and permissions per user and team.

Pricing that doesn't get in the way

A simple license per interpreter seat, plus a lightweight onboarding. That's the whole model.

We price Ommi like what it is — a working tool for your team, not an IT investment that needs a committee. The license scales with the number of interpreter seats, onboarding is fast, and there are no per-minute platform fees on your own calls. Network membership comes with the platform — there's no separate fee to be part of it.
