Recruitment for the project “Leader’s Workshop”

We have started recruitment for the next edition of the “Leader’s Workshop” project, which is being implemented by the Łódź Akademicka Foundation.

Anyone with a disability certificate aged 19 to 29, throughout Poland, can participate in this project.

The workshops will be held remotely and the whole will be translated into Polish Sign Language.

-What does participation in the project give:

+ Gaining knowledge, skills and experience necessary to shape pro-social attitudes important on the labor market.

+ Training within blocks: Leader Person, Leadership Communication, Team Leader, Leader Tools, Leader in Action.

+ Certificate confirming participation in the project and acquisition of leadership competences.

+ Implementation of the mini-project by participants under the supervision of a coach as a part of cooperation with non-governmental organizations
